Job Description
1. Product Ownership – Growth & Retention
· Own product improvements and feature development related to activation, engagement, and retention.
· Shape the product vision and roadmap for growth-related journeys (onboarding, first-use activation, habit loops, reactivation triggers).
· Translate growth insights into clear product requirements, user stories.
· Collaborate with Tech, Design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
· Review UX/UI flows and ensure solutions address user needs and support growth KPIs.
2. Identify Growth Opportunities
· Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for product-led growth.
· Work with User Research to validate hypotheses, explore motivations, and understand blockers.
· Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify best practices and potential growth levers.
3. Experimentation & Optimization
· Design and run A/B tests for new features, user flows, or communication placements.
· Iterate quickly based on data, insights, and experiment results.
· Work closely with the Marketing team to align product improvements with campaign strategies and lifecycle communications.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Compliance) to ensure smooth rollout of product updates.
· Ensure operational readiness for launches (process design, training materials, communication).
· Align with stakeholders to resolve issues, evaluate product impact, and guide next iterations.
5. Reporting & Insights
· Monitor key product metrics related to growth and retention.
· Prepare clear reports and insights for internal stakeholders (Product, Business, Management).
· Conduct post-launch performance evaluations to measure feature impact on growth KPIs.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field.
· At least 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Business Analysis.
· Strong understanding of growth funnels, retention mechanics, and user lifecycle.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (familiarity with SQL, dashboards, A/B Test is a plus).
· Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Digital Product is an advantage.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
