Sales Planning
Analyze & Evaluate operational sales, market trends, and customer requirements.
Achieve Sales Targets as assigned by management.
Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with all customers and handle key accounts.
Conduct Regular Customer Visits to ensure continuous engagement and business growth.
Collect and Report Detailed Market Information, including:
a. Trend & market conditions
b. Customer requirements
c. Market requirements
d. Price & competitors
e. Business opportunities
Drive Market Development initiatives.
Identify and Develop New Products in collaboration with internal teams.
Prepare and Submit MIS Reports in a timely manner.
Flexibility to undertake any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department as required or when the situation demands.
Graduate, preferably with a degree in Management or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing of organic pigments, plastics, inks, or related products.
Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
Good understanding of related products and current market trends.

Hybrid working schedule: Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon – Fri, and the first Sat of a month), work at the office 1 day per week, other days for client visits
