- Manage assigned pharmaceutical brands or product portfolios.
- Develop marketing plans and product development strategies.
- Organize product training for sales teams and distributors.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
- Support Medical and Regulatory activities as requested by headquarters.
- Collaborate with the NSM to propose key/strategic products based on market phases.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
- 2–3 years of experience in product management or marketing in the pharmaceutical field.
- Strong analytical, product communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
